This year’s setup will be similar to the inspiration photos shared on my Instagram and Facebook featuring a red vintage Bronco with a classic Ralph Lauren Christmas feel. IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION • Pricing includes families of 5 or fewer. Each additional family member is $10. • Sessions cannot be split between two families. • Deposits are non-refundable. • Remaining balances must be paid 5 days prior to your session, when final details and reminders are sent. If you change your mind - cancellation
Session Policies: Cancellations: Same-day cancellations will incur a $30 non-negotiable fee, in addition to your non-refundable deposit. No Call / No Show: The full session price will be charged and is non-refundable. Payment: Full payment is due 3 days prior to your session. Failure to pay on time will result in cancellation of your session. Please communicate with me in case of emergencies—lack of communication may result in being unable to book future sessions. Rescheduling: The first reschedule is free. A $30 fee applies for a second reschedule.
